I became a student and a teacher simultaneously.



For over a decade, I've dedicated my personal life to mastering my health, mindset, and habits. So why, after all that time, was I still struggling to be in my own mind and body every day?  Because I was operating in my daily life from outdated patterns, beliefs, and behaviors,.  This old "programming" was holding me back from what I wanted in life.  Learning more effective tools to help my mind and body become more content and removing the obstacles that stood in my way of being my most authentic self, has been the key to creating the life I wanted and living a life I truly love. 




After retiring from a 25+ year career in the corporate world in 2019, experiencing a freak accident in 2021, and staring at years of pushed-aside anger, frustration, and resentment, I had an underlying feeling that something in my life was off.  I was also experiencing tremendous disconnection in my 4th marriage, and yes, I said my 4th marriage. I felt unseen, misunderstood, and ultimately unfulfilled. Everything appeared “happy” on the outside, yet I was drowning in resentment for reasons I could not explain. I was irritated with even the most minor things, and my obsessive, primarily hostile, thoughts overtook my mind and body nearly daily.  


Through divine intervention, I took a solo trip to Sedona, Arizona, where my life took an incredible turn. A turn that led me to purpose, self-acceptance, healing, and contentment and on the path to creating a real connection with my husband. None of which has been easy, and all are still a work in progress. 


While on my healing journey, I learned how to experience my emotions in healthier ways. I began shifting the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors holding me back from creating secure and deep connections in my relationships. I also realized I had a real passion for helping others find similar peace and happiness in their lives. What I was slowly beginning to experience in my own life for the first time was something I knew I wanted to help other people experience as well. I aimed to create an environment where others could find safety in discovering their self-healing version: happiness and connection. 


I began pursuing education and various certifications in personal development, life coaching, the spiritual practice of Yoga and in the health & wellness field. As your coach and guide, my job is to be the vessel that helps YOU reveal your wholeness. I hold the larger view of what you desire as an outcome and what you want to accomplish through your process. 


My career, education, ongoing training, and doing my own inner work complete my coaching arsenal, allowing me to provide YOU, the client, with the tools and techniques you need to create inner peace, unlock your potential, and actually live your ideal life.
