Choosing the right life coach is a big step. So, what should you look for when making your decision?
Embodiment- Look for a coach that is dedicated to doing his/her own inner work. Being their best client (by doing their own inner work) allows your coach to continually be learning and growing. AND, please don’t ever expect perfection from your coach. They are human, too.
Certifications- There are many schools, trainings and programs that teach various modalities and principals of health, wellness and life coaching.
Certifications are great, AND be more focused on the results you will get from working with your coach.
Connection- You might be working with this person for months, or longer, so take the time to get to know your coach before you purchase a package from them. Making you feel safe to share deep aspects of your life is a very important factor in this process. If the energy feels off during your consultation call, trust your gut.
Cost- Try not to let cost be your deciding factor, if at possible. Your coach has taken years, or perhaps even decades, to develop the skills necessary to hold a safe and loving space and to help their clients heal, make shifts and grow. This skill set can come in the form of education, experience, time and intuitive energy. If cost is a concern, talk to the potential coach about payment plans.
There is no cost for this session because I feel it’s important for us to connect before we enter into a relationship. You want to know more about me and how I work with my clients, right? That make sense. And, I’d like to learn to what you desire as an outcome from coaching, the shift you are seeking to make and why you feel you need coaching now.
Let’s connect to learn more about one another.
“Bridget has been my coach in a rather vulnerable period of my life. I've had some new health challenges when entering into the coaching container with her, and Bridget helped me process my emotion around it. A lot of things shifted during our time together. I found out I was pregnant, and Bridget gently accompanied me through my first trimester. Health is an important value to me, so exploring it through various levels and using a variety of tools and modalities that Bridget has at her disposal was a very rich experience to me (parts work was mind blowing in particular!). I certainly have more somatic awareness now and feel like I have more tools to go back to. I'm very happy that I have had an opportunity to be coached by someone as professional, kind and knowledgeable as Bridget. If you have an opportunity to work with Bridget, do so!”

“Working with Bridget was life changing. I came to her to seek help in finding purpose in my career. What I didn’t expect is that the guidance I needed was in my personal journey and approach to things. Every session was eye opening and provided tools to advance me toward my goals from managing work to relationships to launching a journey to better health. My sessions with Bridget helped me push forward to address the trauma that was the root cause of roadblocks I faced. Bridget's grounded, clear approach to providing guidance and understanding while cutting through the noise caused by our busy minds will help anyone grow as a person.” ~Rachel L. -Human Resources Manager
“In my time of unexpected grief, Bridget was able to help me navigate my emotions, learn more about myself, and guide me in creating a new future. She was relatable, supportive, compassionate and always made me feel safe to express all of my feelings.”

“Bridget holds a massively inspirational and motivational space. I have had the privilege of both being coached by Bridget and witnessing her coach others. Her loving, skillful guidance and her heart centered belief in others lends one to believing more deeply in themselves and profound transformation”
